We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage, and in some cases we may ask you to return the item to us for inspection.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, but we do ask that you cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We will process your refund once we have received the item and checked that it meets our return criteria.
Right to cancel
It is your right to cancel the order, without providing a reason, within 14 days after it has been delivered.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
- Items that have been personalized or made to order
- Perishable goods, such as food or flowers
- Earrings or other jewellery that has been worn or used
- Downloadable items
- Reservations to a training program

Refunds

Driver CPC
Note that in some circumstances, depending on the accuracy of the information you provide in the registration form after booking a Driver CPC training, we may be unable to refund your order.
Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund if you:
- Do not show up at the scheduled date and time
- Fail to produce required proof of ID
- Leave early with no justified reason
- Disrupt the training session
- Are participating to a virtual training session while you are in a vehicle (driver, passenger or in a cab)
Cancellation Fees – Individuals booked on an open course
All cancellations must be notified in writing, via email to [email protected]
Cancellations, for whatever reasons, 14 days or less before the start of the course date, will result in full fees being charged for the original course date.
Cancellations, for whatever reason, 15-25 days of the course start date will have 50% of the fees refunded. Cancellations 26 days or more before the course start date will have full fees refunded.
Candidates failing to attend the course, or leaving the course early, will NOT be refunded any course fees, and will NOT receive the Driver CPC Upload.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
