ALL of our modules are suitable for existing HGV Drivers.
Our remote learning sessions are available for any HGV driver to join in and gain 7 hours of Periodic CPC.

Drivers will need to have access to a audio-video capable device, such as a PC, laptop, phone, tablet. You will also need a stable internet connection.

The training is delivered through Zoom.

Drivers Welfare, Customer Care & Security

The “Drivers Welfare, Customer Care & Security” Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) training module is designed to educate drivers on the importance of maintaining their own welfare, as well as that of their passengers and cargo. The module covers topics such as driver health and well-being, passenger care, and security issues such as theft prevention and terrorist threats. Through this training, drivers will gain a greater understanding of their role in ensuring the safety and comfort of their passengers, as well as the importance of safeguarding the security of their cargo. This module emphasizes the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for all individuals involved in the transportation industry.

Remote courses will begin promptly at 8am and finish at 4pm, which includes breaks and lunchtime.
