ALL of our modules are suitable for existing HGV Drivers.
Our remote learning sessions are available for any HGV driver to join in and gain 7 hours of Periodic CPC.

Drivers will need to have access to a audio-video capable device, such as a PC, laptop, phone, tablet. You will also need a stable internet connection.

The training is delivered through Zoom.

Health & Safety & Safe Loading

The “Health & Safety and Safe Loading” Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) training module is designed to educate drivers on the importance of health and safety in the transportation industry, as well as safe loading procedures. The module covers topics such as risk assessment, manual handling, and personal protective equipment, as well as the safe loading and unloading of vehicles. Through this training, drivers will gain a greater understanding of their responsibilities for ensuring their own safety, as well as that of their colleagues and the general public. This module emphasizes the importance of adhering to health and safety regulations, and proper loading procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Course Time
Remote courses will begin promptly at 8am and finish at 4pm, which includes breaks and lunchtime.
